How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored using password-protected business systems, including Microsoft 365, Xero, Mailchimp, Dropbox, WhatsApp Business, website hosting platforms and secure company devices. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only, and, where possible, systems are protected using two-factor authentication.
Customer records, project records and correspondence are retained for 10 years from the date of the last transaction.
Accounting and financial records are retained for a minimum of 8 years in accordance with HMRC and business requirements.
Marketing contact information is retained until consent is withdrawn or after 3 years of inactivity, whichever occurs first.
When retention periods expire, personal information is securely deleted from electronic systems and, where applicable, paper records are securely shredded and disposed of.
