Post & Parcel Conveyor System
This project was for a logistics company opening a new package sortation facility in Abingdon. They required the conveyor system to unload and load lorries and delivery vans, transport packages and allow them to be sorted by delivery location. This was achieved using IDC’s conveyor system comprising of 1.5m wide conveyor belts to allow sortation, two-tier belts for sortation and transport, and 4 telescopic boom conveyors for unloading lorries as well as a narrower belt system to sort small parcels and letters.
